It's usually been the standard for graphics cards and/or other devices, and is only available on the proper motherboards.

And i'm assuming if i don't have one, i'll need a whole new motherboard to upgrade to a GeForce?

To get a decent-ish card you really need a pci-e slot. APG slot will do, but it limits your choice of cards.

Google you pc, and have a read of the specs.

New mobo means new cpu, which in turn will prob require a new PSU.

Ok, i checked it out - and yes, my computer has 2 pci-e slots. But i looked up some of the more powerful cards and they need PCI Express x16, meaning my slots will limit what cards i can actually get? (I do have a PEX16_1 slot (wtf) if that's the same thing?).

And back to my other question - is integrated graphics actually part of the motherboard? Meaning, i'd need a whole new one to upgrade to a graphics card? That would seem to me like alot of money and almost a complete rebuild

So, people who played the beta/still are: How does the ranger class play?
I ALWAYS play the ranger in every game that features it, so i wanna know how it plays, hoping that it wont be like the ranger in this game.. because i like sniping with bows, not splintering weapons and barraging lolz

It's a ranger in a classical mold. Tracking, stealth, sniping, traps and snares with high health and decent melee. There are AoE type abilities on cooldowns as well. If you're starting on a pvp server a ranger is a good class to start with since you can use the terrain to your advantage and kill someone before he finds out where you are.

i was playin Conq and the only time i killed a ranger was when i was hidden otherwise the guy would just stun me then pull a root then just beat me down before i could get close

Note that when firing bows, you either have to look over the shoulder or go into first person. It pretty much plays as a FPS.

well ebgames had changed the release date from 22nd to 27th of may and @ game the release date is 31st.

That still says May 20th. Anyhow, it is impossible to delay a game after it goes gold. It'll launch with whatever problems there might be including servers being down.
